Cincinnati Dukes Sign TE/H-Back Foltz

The Cincinnati Dukes are excited to announce the signing of TE/H-Back Foltz, a versatile offensive weapon.

• College: University of Mount Union (2022–2023), Bluffton University (2024)
• Semi-Pro / Pro Experience: Flag City Phantoms (2025), where he earned Rookie of the Year honors in The Players Football Association (PFA), West Michigan Ironmen (2026) — where he scored his first professional touchdown

Foltz also brings a strong social media presence, sharing his football journey on YouTube, where his entertaining content has earned him over 100K followers. His videos give fans a behind-the-scenes look at his training, game preparation, and personal experiences.  His size, versatility, and football IQ make him a key addition to the Dukes’ offensive arsenal.
