What started in 2012, by Levar Berry and Jesse Hoover at a local Frischs diner in Seven Hills Ohio the Cincinnati Dukes have now become the longest consecutive running minor league football team in all of Southwest Ohio.
The Cincinnati Dukes played in the BCFL (Blue Collar Football League) up until 2025 ending the era of semi-pro football.
The Dukes as an entire organization has decided to move into the professional level of play and joined the CoFL(Continental Football League) November 2025 to play in the inaugural 2026 season.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
At the Dukes, we believe in winning—by intention, not by accident. We are a professional organization built around preparation, accountability, and execution. Our focus is not on avoiding mistakes, but on doing what it takes to win—every day, in every phase of the game.
In football and in life, there’s a difference between those who play not to lose and those who commit to winning. Winners pursue excellence, embrace pressure, and take responsibility for outcomes. That mindset defines our culture, our standards, and the way we compete.
